In August of 2021, I accepted a new position in Superior, Wisconsin at the University of Wisconsin Superior. I was hired on to complete year two of an NCAA Division III Ethnic Minorities and Women in Sports Internship Grant. Which allowed me to join the Yellowjacket Athletics department full time in September.
​
During my time so far we have introduced an aggressive plan to increase the athletics department branding and live in-game content on social media platforms. This plan has seen our social accounts grow along with engagement from the community and the student-athletes.
​

Current Video Series
The Buzz - A weekly sports recap with highlights featuring all the in-season sports teams.
Game Day/Matchday/Race Day - A quick 25-second video reminding viewers there's a home game the following day.
Postgame - Videos made two days after a home featuring highlights and sometimes interviews with student-athletes.
Plays of the Week - Every Wednesday we pick plays of the week and fans vote for the top play. The top play is revealed Friday.

Sports Photojournalist
News8000 WKBT December 2020-May 2021
As a sports photojournalist, I am assigned games where I capture highlights on a Sony EX1 camera. When I am finished I return to the station to edit in Avid Media Composer and write the script in iNEWS. These duties are handed to me to assist the Sports Director. Television
Titan TV Fall 2017-May 2019
While studying at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh I joined Titan TV in 2017. Titan TV is an all student-run campus television station. That allows students to work on a variety of live and studio productions. My central focus, however, was in live sports.
​
I quickly became the go-to for a color commentator and play-by-play commentator for the live remote sports broadcasts for volleyball, women's soccer, football and men's and women's basketball. Before I knew it I was producing and being an anchor on an in-studio sports talk show on Titan Overtime for season two in the spring of 2018.
​
Titan Overtime focused on Oshkosh Titan Athletics featuring live interviews, pre-recorded packages, highlights and discussions about sports even outside of Oshkosh. The show went on to produce nine half-hour episodes before ending its run in May of 2018.
During 2018-2019 I became the first female sports director in 15 years for Titan TV. Where my responsibilities were to create a broadcast schedule that consisted of 25 broadcasts including the postseason. I have experience directing live broadcasts working with programs such as XPression and Ross Carbonite. I was also able to keep being a play-by-play commentator along with these duties. Below you will find some samples of my work with Titan TV.

This was something that I recorded when the basketball team went down to play UW-Madison in an exhibition match. This also ended up being part of a voiceover package for Titan TV News.

Live Reporter
I reported live from the basketball gym to give an update for the UW Oshkosh Women's Basketball. When they hosted the NCAA 1st and 2nd round of the tournament in March of 2019.

Eau Claire Express Baseball Team Summer 2018
The summer saw my directing skills improve. I was in charge of training the part-time staff along with directing them on the types of shots that I wanted in the broadcasts. Other duties that I had were making videos for sponsors and clients of the team, along with creating promotional videos for theme nights and directing the live streaming broadcast.
​
The videos went out on all platforms fo social media including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Over the course of the summer, I made 21 different videos that have been viewed over 48,000 times and counting. And the final highlight of my time with the Eau Claire Express included having a replay highlight that I captured featured on ESPN Sportscenter Top 10 plays of the night.
